Certification Fee. 1. Certification fee shall be in accordance with the quotation of ICM.
Certification Fee. The Hospital will pay the certification fee for those employees who become certified OR Techs after January, 1984.
Certification Fee. The affiliation fee includes all training for one individual during the affiliation year. For each additional person, the cost for each level of certification is $250 per instructor per level for affiliates. Non- affiliates pay $1,500 per instructor per level.
Certification Fee. Providers shall pay an “Certification Fee” before ADT shall undertake an evaluation. The Certification Fee varies based upon organization age and size:

In consideration of the rights granted to Instructor herein, Instructor shall pay FR a nonrefundable monthly certification fee of $25.00 a month for each month following the first anniversary of the Agreement Date (the “Certification Fee”); certification fees for the Initial Term shall be included in the cost for the Training Course. The Certification Fee is due and payable on the same numerical date of the month as the Agreement date for each calendar month during each Renewal Term.
Certification Fee. For affiliates, the cost for each level of certification is 350 Euros per level for each instructor.
Certification Fee. 26. In exchange for the Certification of Certified Goods by the Old Vines Association and the use of the Certification Trade Marks by the Producer, the Producer shall pay the Certification Fee to the Old Vines Association.

Certification Fee. Practitioner must pay ELSO a Certification Fee in an amount indicated by ELSO. The Exam Fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. For the avoidance of doubt, payment of the Exam Fee does not entitle Practitioner to any rights or privileges under this Agreement.
