Certification and Qualifications. Except as specifically provided in this Agreement, no teacher shall be assigned to a position for which he/she is not certified and qualified.

Certification and Qualifications. Superintendent represents that Superintendent has and will maintain all certificates, credentials and qualifications required by law, including regulations of the Department of Education and those required by the Board to serve in the position of Superintendent of Schools. If at any time Superintendent fails to maintain all certificates, credentials and qualifications for the position of Superintendent of Schools, this Agreement and Superintendent's employment shall automatically terminate and the Board shall have no further obligations hereunder.
Certification and Qualifications. The Superintendent shall be required to hold or meet such certifications and qualifications to act as Superintendent as may be required by law from time to time, or as may be necessary for accreditation purposes.
Certification and Qualifications. A. The Board discourages teachers from nullifying any endorsement on their teaching certificate. However, the Board acknowledges the right of the teachers to nullify such endorsements. The Board and the Association advise teachers who exercise this right that they may jeopardize and/or restrict their employment opportunities in the event of a reduction in work force (layoff). Any teacher who intends to nullify an endorsement shall provide the Superintendent of Schools and the Association with prior written notice of such intent to nullify his/her endorsement(s).

Reimbursements will take place upon submission of supporting documents.

If at any time Superintendent fails to maintain all certificates, credentials and qualifications for the position of Superintendent of Schools, including the completion of continuing education requirements as required by Section 1246 of the Revised School Code, this Agreement and Superintendent's employment shall automatically terminate and the Board shall have no further obligations hereunder.   • Organization and Qualification The Company and each of the Subsidiaries is an entity duly incorporated or otherwise organized, validly existing and in good standing under the laws of the jurisdiction of its incorporation or organization, with the requisite power and authority to own and use its properties and assets and to carry on its business as currently conducted. Neither the Company nor any Subsidiary is in violation nor default of any of the provisions of its respective certificate or articles of incorporation, bylaws or other organizational or charter documents. Each of the Company and the Subsidiaries is duly qualified to conduct business and is in good standing as a foreign corporation or other entity in each jurisdiction in which the nature of the business conducted or property owned by it makes such qualification necessary, except where the failure to be so qualified or in good standing, as the case may be, could not have or reasonably be expected to result in: (i) a material adverse effect on the legality, validity or enforceability of any Transaction Document, (ii) a material adverse effect on the results of operations, assets, business, prospects or condition (financial or otherwise) of the Company and the Subsidiaries, taken as a whole, or (iii) a material adverse effect on the Company’s ability to perform in any material respect on a timely basis its obligations under any Transaction Document (any of (i), (ii) or (iii), a “Material Adverse Effect”) and no Proceeding has been instituted in any such jurisdiction revoking, limiting or curtailing or seeking to revoke, limit or curtail such power and authority or qualification.

  • Vendor Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Based on the Contractor’s submission, OGS has determined that Contractor met the minimum qualifications for the lot(s) as identified in Appendix G, Contractor and OGS Information. If Contractor is awarded Lot 1 as a New York State Certified Minority- or Women- Owned Business Enterprise or as a New York State Small Business, Contractor agrees that it must retain at least one of such statuses to retain its Lot 1 award.
