Certification and Qualifications. Except as specifically provided in this Agreement, no teacher shall be assigned to a position for which he/she is not certified and qualified.

Certification and Qualifications. Superintendent represents that Superintendent has and will maintain all certificates, credentials and qualifications required by law, including regulations of the Department of Education and those required by the Board to serve in the position of Superintendent of Schools. If at any time Superintendent fails to maintain all certificates, credentials and qualifications for the position of Superintendent of Schools, this Agreement and Superintendent's employment shall automatically terminate and the Board shall have no further obligations hereunder.

  • Organization and Qualification The Company and each of the Subsidiaries is an entity duly incorporated or otherwise organized, validly existing and in good standing under the laws of the jurisdiction of its incorporation or organization, with the requisite power and authority to own and use its properties and assets and to carry on its business as currently conducted. Neither the Company nor any Subsidiary is in violation nor default of any of the provisions of its respective certificate or articles of incorporation, bylaws or other organizational or charter documents.   • Vendor Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Based on the Contractor’s submission, OGS has determined that Contractor met the minimum qualifications for the lot(s) as identified in Appendix G, Contractor and OGS Information.
