Certificates Required. Prior to performance of Services or provision of Goods under this Agreement, Seller will provide evidence of all insurances required herein, and will provide certificates with respect to the policies carried, together with any other relevant information Buyer may reasonably require.

Prior to full execution of this Contract, Provider shall furnish the Port with: certificates referencing this Contract (by number, if known), coverage dates, amount, and type of insurance required by this Contract; and a copy of the endorsement or policy provision providing additional insured status under the commercial general liability and automobile liability policies.

Upon written request by the City, Concessionaire agrees to furnish to the City at any time thereafter during the Term (or any extended term) of this Agreement the original or a certified copy of said policy or policies.
Certificates Required. Concessionaire shall furnish the City and County of Denver with certificates of insurance (XXXXX form or equivalent approved by the City) as required by this Agreement. The certificate of insurance for each policy is to be signed by a person authorized by the insurer to bind coverage on its behalf. All certificates required by this Agreement (including renewal certificates) shall be sent directly to Denver International Airport, Concessions Management Section, Airport Office Building, Room 9870, 0000 Xxxx Xxxxxxxxx, Denver, Colorado 80249. The City’s contract control number for this Agreement shall be noted on each certificate of insurance. All certificates and any required endorsements are to be received and approved by the City and each insurance policy required by this Agreement must be in effect at or prior to the Target Possession Date (or date of actual possession, if earlier). Any renewal certificate shall be delivered to the Airport Concessions Management Section at least 10 days prior to a policy's expiration date, except for any policy expiring after the Expiration Date of this Agreement or any extension thereof. The City reserves the right to require and Concessionaire agrees to deliver upon request at any time, complete, certified copies of all insurance policies required by this Agreement. Certificates evidencing the existence of the policies, in such form as the Manager may require, shall be delivered to the Airport Concessions Management Section prior to the Target Possession Date. Upon written request by the Manager, Concessionaire agrees to furnish to Airport Concessions Management Section at any time thereafter during the Term (or any extended term) of this Agreement the original or a certified copy of said policy or policies.
Certificates Required. Certificates of insurance acceptable to the County shall be filed with County prior to the commencement of any services by Contractor under this contract. If the insurance certificate(s) requires an endorsement in order for the County to be an additional insured, then Purchaser shall provide a separate written endorsement that contains the correct policy number(s) and effective additional insured provisions.

Prior to commencing any work under this Agreement, including acceptance of any SBCAG owned vehicles, the Contractor shall deliver to SBCAG certificates of insurance confirming the existence of the insurance required by this Agreement and including all applicable clauses and endorsements. These endorsements shall be signed by an authorized representative of the insurance company and shall include the signatory’s company affiliation and title. SBCAG has the right to demand, and to receive within 30 days, copies of any insurance policies required in this Agreement.
