Common use of Certificates of Coverage Clause in Contracts

Certificates of Coverage. All insurance coverages referenced in 2.7(b), above, shall be evidenced by one or more certificates of coverage or, with the consent of COUNTY's Risk Manager, demonstrated by other evidence of coverage acceptable to COUNTY's Risk Manager, which shall be filed by CONTRACTOR with the Health and Human Services Agency prior to commencement of performance of any of CONTRACTOR's duties.

Certificates of Coverage. All insurance coverages referenced in 2.7(b7(b), above, shall be evidenced by one or more certificates of coverage or, with the consent of COUNTY's ’s Risk Manager, demonstrated by other evidence of coverage acceptable to COUNTY's ’s Risk Manager, which shall be filed by CONTRACTOR with the Health and Human Services Agency Department of Public Works prior to commencement of performance of any of CONTRACTOR's ’s duties.

All insurance coverages referenced in 2.7(b)Paragraph C.2, above, shall be evidenced by one or more certificates of coverage or, with the consent of COUNTY's County’s Risk Manager, demonstrated by other evidence of coverage acceptable to COUNTY's County’s Risk Manager, which shall be filed by CONTRACTOR Consultant with the Health and Human Services Agency County Department administering this Agreement prior to commencement of performance the Scope of any of CONTRACTOR's dutiesServices.
