Certificate of Trust. Except as otherwise provided in the Delaware Trust Statute or this Trust Agreement, the Manager shall not be required to mail a copy of any Certificate of Trust filed with the Secretary of State of the State of Delaware to each Shareholder; provided, however, such certificates shall be maintained at the principal office of the Trust and shall be available for inspection and copying by the Shareholders in accordance with this Trust Agreement.
