Common use of Certificate of Trust Clause in Contracts

Certificate of Trust. The Trustee is hereby authorized and granted all powers necessary to execute a Certificate of Trust, describing any Trust matter, including but not limited to a description of the Trust terms, the administrative powers of the Trustee and the identity of any current Trustee. Any person receiving an original or photocopy of said Certificate of Trust shall be held harmless from relying on same, and shall not be obligated to inquire into the terms of the Trust or maintain a copy of the Trust.
