Common use of Certificate of Formation Clause in Contracts

Certificate of Formation. The LLC was formed as a limited liability company under the Act by the filing of a Certificate of Formation by Cindy VanDran, as an authorized person, with the Secretary of State xx xxx Xxxxx of Delaware on November 1, 2004, as the same may be amended, restated or supplemented from time to time.
