Certificate of employment. When the employer or a salaried employee has terminated the employment, the salaried employee has the right to receive a certificate of employment, showing - the time that the salaried employee has been employed, - the work assignments performed by the salaried employee, and - if the salaried employee so requests, an evaluation of the manner in which the work has been carried out. The employer shall give the certificate of employment to the salaried employee not later than three weeks after the salaried employee’s request.
