Common use of Certificate of Compliance Clause in Contracts

Certificate of Compliance. The Company will have delivered to the Purchaser a certificate dated the Closing Date, signed by an authorized officer of the Company, certifying as to the satisfaction of the conditions in Section 10.3.1, Section 10.3.2, Section 10.3.3, Section and Section 10.3.9.

Certificate of Compliance. The Company Shareholders will have delivered to the Purchaser a certificate dated the Closing Date, signed by an authorized officer each of the CompanyShareholders, certifying as to the satisfaction of the conditions set forth in Section 10.3.17.3(a), Section 10.3.2, Section 10.3.3, Section 7.3(b) and Section 10.3.97.3(c).
