Certificate of Competence. A document issued by the head of the Transport, Public Works and Water Management Inspectorate/Maritime Division, providing evidence of sailing competence.
Certificate of Competence. Such time shall be extended for satisfactory reasons. to do so by above date (or extended date) shall result in being reverted to salary status of Nursing Aide. Reinstatement to status of shall be effective the first pay period following the date of presentation of proof of certification as above.

Failure to provide proof of current certification by December shall result in the Registered Practical Nurse reverting to the Non-Registered Practical Nurse salary rate.
