Common use of Certificate of Authentication Clause in Contracts

Certificate of Authentication. No Note will have the benefit of this Indenture or be valid unless it has a certificate of authentication substantially in the form included in Exhibit A manually executed by a Responsible Person of the Indenture Trustee. The certificate of authentication on a Note will be conclusive evidence that the Note has been duly authenticated and delivered under this Indenture.
