Certain Other Actions. (i) The Company shall, and shall cause each of its Subsidiaries to, duly and timely file all reports, Federal, state and local tax returns and other documents required to be filed with Federal, state, local and other authorities, subject to extensions permitted by applicable law; provided that, in the case of the Company and ILM II Holding, such extensions do not adversely affect the status of the Company or ILM II Holding as a qualified REIT under the Code.
