Common use of Certain Notifications Clause in Contracts

Certain Notifications. At all times prior to the Closing, each party hereto shall as promptly as reasonably practicable notify the others in writing of the occurrence of any event of which it obtains knowledge which will result, or in the opinion of such party has a reasonable prospect of resulting, in the failure to satisfy the conditions specified in Section 8 hereof.
