Certain Continuing Obligations. Following any termination of this Agreement pursuant to this Section 9, the parties hereto will continue to perform their respective obligations under Section 11 but will not be required to continue to perform their other covenants under this Agreement.
Certain Continuing Obligations. Notwithstanding any such termination, the Agreement shall continue in full force and effect as to all transactions for which processing has been commenced by us and all rights and liabilities arising prior to such termination. This Clause and Clauses 4(c), 5, 6, 8(a), 12, 13, 15, 16, 17 of this Schedule, and Clauses 4 and 5 of the Agreement shall survive termination. Save as otherwise provided by this Clause, all rights and obligations of the parties shall cease to have effect immediately upon termination of the Agreement.
Certain Continuing Obligations. Executive acknowledges and agrees that certain provisions and post-employment covenants and obligations in the Employment Agreement shall survive the (a) termination of the employment relationship, (b) termination of the Employment Agreement, and (c) the execution of this Agreement; and Executive hereby agrees to fully honor his post-employment covenants and obligations as set forth in the Employment Agreement.
Certain Continuing Obligations. Employee acknowledges and agrees that the post-termination restrictive covenants and obligations that apply to Employee as set forth in the Employment Agreement shall survive termination of the employment relationship and the execution of this Agreement, and Employee shall continue to fully honor his post-employment obligations.

Employee acknowledges and agrees that the provisions of Articles 3 and 12 of the Employment Agreement shall survive the termination of the employment relationship, the termination of the Employment Agreement and the execution of this Agreement, and Employee shall continue to honor his post-employment obligations set forth in such provisions of the Employment Agreement.
Certain Continuing Obligations. The Executive acknowledges and agrees that (a) the provisions of Sections 12, 13 and 14 of the Severance Agreement shall survive the termination of the employment relationship, the termination of the Severance Agreement, and the execution of this Agreement, and (b) the Executive shall continue to honor his post-employment obligations set forth in such provisions of the Severance Agreement.
Certain Continuing Obligations. Executive acknowledges and agrees that the post-termination restrictive covenants and obligations that apply to Executive as set forth in the CiC Agreement shall survive termination of the employment relationship and the execution of this Agreement, and Executive shall continue to fully honor his post-employment obligations.
Certain Continuing Obligations. Executive acknowledges and agrees that the provisions of Articles 4, 5 and 6 of the Employment Agreement shall survive the termination of the employment relationship, the termination of the Employment Agreement and the execution of this Agreement, and Executive shall continue to honor his post-employment obligations set forth in such provisions of the Employment Agreement. The parties acknowledge that Executive has no post-employment obligations under Section 5.2 of the Employment Agreement.
