Certain Construction Rules. The Section headings used in this Agreement are for convenience of reference only and in no way define, limit, extend or describe the scope or intent of any provisions of this Agreement. In addition, as used in this Agreement, unless otherwise expressly stated to the contrary, all references to days, months or years are references to calendar days, months or years. A reference to a Section by number includes all subparagraphs contained in the Section.
