TRANSNET’S OBLIGATIONS 8.1 Transnet undertakes to promptly comply with any reasonable request by the Supplier/Service Provider for information, including information concerning Transnet's operations and activities, that relates to the Goods/Services as may be necessary for the Supplier/Service Provider to provide the Goods/Services, but for no other purpose. However, Transnet's compliance with any request for information is subject to any internal security rules and requirements and subject to the observance by the Supplier/Service Provider of its confidentiality obligations under this Agreement.

COUNCIL’S OBLIGATIONS Save as otherwise expressly provided, the obligations of the Council under the Contract are obligations of the Council in its capacity as a contracting counterparty and nothing in the Contract shall operate as an obligation upon, or in any other way xxxxxx or constrain the Council in any other capacity, nor shall the exercise by the Council of its duties and powers in any other capacity lead to any liability under the Contract (howsoever arising) on the part of the Council to the Provider.
CONTRACTOR’S OBLIGATION FOR RESELLER PARTICIPATION Contractor shall not, directly or indirectly, by agreement, communication or any other means, restrict any Reseller’s participation or ability to participate or compete in an Authorized User RFQ. Conditions of Reseller Participation Resellers must be approved in advance by OGS and posted to the State website before they may respond to an Authorized User’s RFQ. OGS also reserves the right to rescind any such participation at any time or request that Contractor name additional Resellers, in the best interests of Authorized Users, at the OGS’s sole discretion. Contractor shall have the right to qualify Resellers and their participation under this Contract provided that:

FIRM’S OBLIGATIONS 3.1 Firm shall comply with the Rules and this Agreement at all times and shall timely pay all fees established in accordance with the Rules.
Student’s Obligations The Student agrees as follows
Supplier’s Obligations on Termination Unless otherwise specified by Buyer, upon Supplier’s receipt of a notice of termination of this Order, Supplier shall promptly: (a) stop work as directed in the notice; (b) place no further subcontracts/orders related to the terminated portion of this Order; (c) terminate, or if requested by Buyer assign, all subcontracts/orders to the extent they relate to work terminated; (d) deliver all completed work, work in process, designs, drawings, specifications, documentation and material required and/or produced in connection with such work; and (e) return or destroy all Confidential Information as set forth in Section 16(d).
