Ceremonial Leave. 42.1 An employee with twelve months of continuous service who is necessarily absent from work for ceremonial purposes will be entitled to up to two weeks unpaid leave per year for those purposes. This leave will be non-cumulative. The CEO or their delegate has delegation for approval of this leave.
