Common use of Ceremonial Leave Clause in Contracts

Ceremonial Leave. An employee who is legitimately required by Aboriginal and Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Islander tradition to be absent from work for Aboriginal and Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Islander ceremonial purposes will be entitled to up to ten working days unpaid leave in any one year, with the approval of the employer.

An employee who is legitimately required by Aboriginal and or Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Islander islander tradition to be absent from work for Aboriginal and or Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Islander ceremonial purposes will be entitled to up to ten working days unpaid leave in any one year, with the approval of the employer.

Ceremonial Leave. An employee who is legitimately required by Aboriginal and Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Islander tradition to be absent from work for Aboriginal and Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Islander ceremonial purposes will be entitled to up to ten working days of unpaid leave in any one year, with the approval of the employersubject to prior application and approval.
