CEREMONIAL ACTIVITIES. In the event a police officer in another department in the State of New Jersey is killed in the line of duty, the Township will permit at least one uniformed police supervisor of the Township to participate in the funeral service, for the said deceased officer, on a voluntary basis. Subject to the availability of same, the Township will permit a Township police vehicle to be utilized by the members in the funeral service. Police officers participating in such funeral service shall not be entitled to any compensation during the time in which they are participating in said funeral service unless otherwise agreed to by the Chief of Police.
CEREMONIAL ACTIVITIES. A. In the event a police officer in another department in the State of New Jersey is killed in the line of duty the City will permit at least one uniformed police officer of the City to participate in the funeral service for the said deceased officer, on a voluntary, off duty basis.
CEREMONIAL ACTIVITIES. 32.01 In the event a Police Officer in another department in the State of New Jersey is killed in the line of duty, the Employer will permit at least two uniformed Police Officers of the Department to participate in funeral services for the said deceased officer.
CEREMONIAL ACTIVITIES. A. In the event a fire officer/fire fighter in another department in the State of New Jersey is killed in the line of duty, the Township will permit at least one (1) off duty uniformed fire officer of the Township to participate in funeral services for the said deceased officer.
CEREMONIAL ACTIVITIES. Section 1. In the event a law enforcement officer in another department in the State of New Jersey is killed in the line of duty, the Borough will permit at least one (1) off-duty uniformed officer to participate in funeral services for the deceased officer. The participating officer shall provide reasonable notice to the Chief of Police.
CEREMONIAL ACTIVITIES. Whenever a sworn law enforcement officer, as defined by N.J.S.A. 43:15A-97, is killed in the line of duty in the State of New Jersey, the County agrees to send a minimum of six (6) uniformed Officers (two (2) from Courthouse; two (2) from Patrol and Two (2) from Corrections) to participate in funeral services for the said deceased law enforcement officer, so long as the funeral services take place within the State of New Jersey or, if outside the State of New Jersey, within a fifty (50) mile radius of the Passaic County Jail. Subject to the availability of same, the Sheriff will permit two (2) County vehicles to be utilized by the members in the funeral service. Officers participating in such funeral service shall not be entitled to any compensation during the time in which they are participating in said funeral service unless otherwise agreed to by the Sheriff's Office.

Subject to the availability of same, and with the Chiefs approval, the Employer will permit a Department police vehicle to be utilized by the members in the funeral service. Police officers participating in such funeral service shall not, be entitled to any compensation during the time in which they are participating in said funeral services unless otherwise agreed to by the Chief of Police. This Agreement shall also cover the attendance of a funeral of a police officer in another state.
