Common use of Central Time Clause in Contracts

Central Time. The Trust shall notify the Company as soon as possible if it is determined that the net asset value per share will be available after 6:00 p.m. Central Time on any business day, and the Trust and the Company will mutually agree upon a final deadline for timely receipt of the net asset value on such business day.
