Central Bargaining. Notwithstanding the foregoing provisions, in the event the parties to this Agreement agree to negotiate for its renewal through the process of central bargaining, either party to this Agreement may give notice to the other party of its desire to bargain for amendments on local matters proposed for incorporation in the renewal of this Agreement and negotiations on local matters shall take place during the period from to days prior to the termination date of this Agreement. The committee will ensure that the pilot(s) satisfy any requirements set out by provincial educational authorities. It is understood that both parties are jointly committed to the outcomes of the work of the joint provincial apprenticeship committee. This committee will meet by June 30th, 2005, and will submit its recommendations by December 31, 2005. Central Bargaining. Notwithstanding the foregoing provisions, in the event the parties to this Agreement agree to negotiate for its renewal through the process of central bargaining, either party to this Agreement may give notice to the other party of its desire to bargain for amendments on local matters proposed for incorporation in the renewal of this Agreement and negotiations on local matters shall take place during the period from 120 to 60 days prior to the termination date of this Agreement.
