Central Authorities. (1) Requests for assistance under this Agreement shall be made through the central authorities of the Parties.
Central Authorities. (1) Each Party shall designate a Central Authority to implement the provisions of this Agreement.
Central Authorities. 1. For the purpose of implementing this Treaty, the Parties shall communicate with each other through the Central Authorities designated therefore.

Central Authorities. (1) The Central Authorities of the Parties shall process requests for transfer in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.
Central Authorities. (1) For the purposes of this Treaty, the Central Authority for Canada shall be the Minister of Justice or an official designated by that Minister and the Central Authority for the Republic of Peru shall be the Public Ministry of Peru.
Central Authorities. 1. The Central Authority for the Socialist Republic of Vietnam is the Ministry of Public Security. The Central Authority for Australia is the Australian Government Attorney-General’s Department. Either Party may change its Central Authority in which case it shall notify the other of the change through diplomatic channels.
Central Authorities. Central authorities shall transmit and receive all requests and responses thereto for the purposes of this Treaty. The Central Authority for Canada shall be the Minister of Justice or an official designated by that Minister; the Central Authority for the Argentine Republic shall be the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, International Trade and Worship.

The Central Authority for the Republic of Korea shall be the Minister of Justice or an official designated by that Minister. The Central Authority for the Kingdom of Thailand shall be the Attorney General or an official designated by the Attorney General.
