Center Programs. The University shall retmn to the Donor any Contributed Amount not spent for the Center Programs.
Center Programs. Personnel The University will select two individuals for tenure-track professorships in political science and criminal justice. The individuals holding the tenure-track professorships will engage in research, teaching, and community outreach related to the Center’s Mission. This work will include devoting a significant amount of time and resources to work related to the Center. The Center director, Xx. Xxxx Xxxxxx, will receive summer salary and fringe benefits and course support. That will allow the Center Director to devote a significant amount of his time and resources to work overseeing the mission, research, and activities of the Center. Course support includes two, three-credit course reassignments annually. The University will provide support to hire a Center Coordinator and an Administrative Assistant who will partner with the Center Director in managing the day-to-day activities that promote the Center’s Mission. This individual will be responsible for executing on programs, coordinating with community events, and overseeing the operations of the Center. Funds will also support up to ten undergraduate student researchers annually. Campus Speakers Support will be provided for at least seven guest speakers annually to model civil discourse and debate topics related to the mission of the Center. Costs covered include: student dinners with speakers, honoraria, travel expenses, refreshments, facility rental, and other related costs. Undergraduate Scholarships

  • Other Programs The Executive will, during his employment under this Agreement, be included to the extent eligible thereunder in all employee benefit plans, programs or arrangements (including, without limitation, any plans, programs or arrangements providing for retirement benefits, incentive compensation, profit sharing, bonuses, disability benefits, health and life insurance, or vacation and paid holiday) which may be established by the Company for, or made available to, its executives generally.

  • New Programs All tax deferred retirement plans and designated Xxxx (after tax) program providers must complete appropriate hold harmless and indemnity agreements as determined by the Park Hill School District Business Office

  • Develop programs 1) The Employer will develop and implement health promotion and health education programs, subject to the availability of resources. Each Appointing Authority will develop a health promotion and health education program consistent with the Minnesota Management & Budget policy. Upon request of any exclusive representative in an agency, the Appointing Authority shall jointly meet and confer with the exclusive representative(s) and may include other interested exclusive representatives. Agenda items shall include but are not limited to smoking cessation, weight loss, stress management, health education/self-care, and education on related benefits provided through the health plan administrators serving state employees.

  • Educational Programs 412. Subject to the approval of the appointing officer, Personal Property Auditors and other represented employees shall be on paid status when attending educational programs required to maintain a job-related state license.

  • Mentor Program a. Each new Bargaining Unit Member (first year employee) shall be assigned a mentor. An exception may be made, as determined by the Superintendent, for new part-time Bargaining unit Members of whom have prior service in the same program operated by the Board. The mentor shall assist the new Bargaining Unit Member in general teaching procedures, techniques, classroom planning and organization, school functions and regulations and other areas of professional growth and development. The Association President in collaboration with the Lead Mentor/Resident Educator Coordinator and appropriate Directors shall submit nominations of three (3) qualified staff members to the Superintendent, after obtaining the candidates’ permission. The Superintendent may elect to nominate one of the candidates to the Board of Education for assignment, or ask the Association President and Lead Mentor/Resident Educator Coordinator for additional nominations.

  • Pilot Programs The Employer may develop voluntary pilot programs to test the acceptability of various risk management programs. Incentives for participation in such programs may include limited short-term improvements to the benefits outlined in this Article. Implementation of such pilot programs is subject to the review and approval of the Joint Labor-Management Committee on Health Plans.

  • Other Program Requirements A. The Developer agrees to adopt affirmative marketing procedures and requirements and prepare a written Affirmative Marketing Plan for projects containing five or more HOME-assisted units. The Affirmative Marketing Plan must be available for public inspection in the Developer’s office. The plan must contain specific steps and actions that the Developer will take to provide information and otherwise attract eligible persons for all racial, ethnic, and gender groups in the housing market area to the available housing. Specific activities that must be included in the Developer’s Affirmative Marketing Plan include:

  • THIRD PARTY PROGRAMS This Licensed Software may contain third party software programs (“Third Party Programs”) that are available under open source or free software licenses. This License Agreement does not alter any rights or obligations You may have under those open source or free software licenses. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in such licenses, the disclaimer of warranties and the limitation of liability provisions in this License Agreement shall apply to such Third Party Programs.
