All costs of editing and/or blackout will be borne by the Company; provided, that the Company will make good faith efforts to obtain waivers of such restrictions or will permit Licensor to make such efforts on behalf of the Company. Without limiting the Company's rights under Section 2.2(e), the Company will only make such cuts or deletions as are necessary to conform to applicable censorship regulations.
