Common use of Cellular Telephone Clause in Contracts

Cellular Telephone. The Company shall provide the Executive with a cellular telephone and a GSM phone that operates in the countries served by the Company, and the Company shall also be responsible for all costs and expenses in connection with such telephones, including, but not limited to, monthly service charges and maintenance, usage charges and long distance, whether these be incurred for personal or Company business.
