HORIZONR Gateway HORIZONR Gateway provides customers with the ability to (i) generate reports using information maintained on the Multicurrency HORIZONR Accounting System which may be viewed or printed at the customer’s location; (ii) extract and download data from the Multicurrency HORIZONR Accounting System; and (iii) access previous day and historical data. The following information which may be accessed for these purposes: 1) holdings; 2) holdings pricing; 3) transactions, 4) open trades; 5) income; 6) general ledger and 7) cash.
ELECTRICAL SERVICES A. Landlord shall provide electric power for a combined load of 3.0 xxxxx per square foot of useable area for lighting and for office machines through standard receptacles for the typical office space.

Contract Management (a) Atlantic will appoint one individual with sufficient seniority, experience and authority to oversee the Atlantic's performance under this Agreement (the Atlantic "Contract Manager") and, for periods when any Contract Manager is absent due to illness or vacation, a deputy for him or her, who will be the primary point of contact for the Executive Officers. One of the Trust's trustees, PEO, PFO, or such other Person designated by the Board from time to time, shall be the Trust's "Contract Manager". The Contract Managers for each Party shall be responsible for the overall management of this Agreement. Network Access Control The VISION Web Site and the Distribution Support Services Web Site (the “DST Web Sites”) are protected through multiple levels of network controls. The first defense is a border router which exists at the boundary between the DST Web Sites and the Internet Service Provider. The border router provides basic protections including anti-spoofing controls. Next is a highly available pair of stateful firewalls that allow only HTTPS traffic destined to the DST Web Sites. The third network control is a highly available pair of load balancers that terminate the HTTPS connections and then forward the traffic on to one of several available web servers. In addition, a second highly available pair of stateful firewalls enforce network controls between the web servers and any back-end application servers. No Internet traffic is allowed directly to the back-end application servers. The DST Web Sites equipment is located and administered at DST’s Winchester data center. Changes to the systems residing on this computer are submitted through the DST change control process. All services and functions within the DST Web Sites are deactivated with the exception of services and functions which support the transfer of files. All ports on the DST Web Sites are disabled, except those ports required to transfer files. All “listeners,” other than listeners required for inbound connections from the load balancers, are deactivated. Directory structures are “hidden” from the user. Services which provide directory information are also deactivated.
Year 2000 Compatibility Borrower shall take all action necessary to assure that Borrower's computer based systems are able to operate and effectively process data including dates on and after January 1, 2000. At the request of Bank, Borrower shall provide Bank assurance acceptable to Bank of Borrower's Year 2000 compatibility.
Technical Services Party B will provide technical services and training to Party A, taking advantage of Party B’s advanced network, website and multimedia technologies to improve Party A’s system integration. Such technical services shall include:
Quality Service Standards/NAV Errors Price Associates and the Fund may, from time to time, agree to certain quality service standards, with respect to the Services hereunder. In the event Price Associates is the party responsible for causing an error in the computation of the net asset value for a Fund or share class of a Fund (“NAV Error”), the actions that are required to be taken as to such NAV Error shall be made in accordance with the Fund’s Net Asset Value Error Correction Policy and Procedures (“NAV Error Policy”) attached hereto as Schedule II.

Metering 1. If the Producer desires to sell electric power to the Company, the Company shall provide, own and maintain at the Producer's expense all necessary meters and associated equipment to be utilized for the measurement of energy and capacity for determining the Company's payment to the Producer pursuant to an applicable agreement.
