Cell Phone Stipend. 2401 Cell Phone Stipend: If an employee is required by his/her supervisor to use a cell phone and does not accept the City provided cell phone, the employee shall receive a stipend as provided for in the City’s Administrative Policies and Procedures regarding cell phones.
Cell Phone Stipend. Each Unit Employee shall receive a cell phone stipend in the amount of forty-five dollars ($45.00) per month toward obtaining a cell phone; or the Unit Employee may elect to apply said allowance to his/her current personal cell phone plan. The Employer shall not require the Unit Employee to answer his/her cell phone, or be considered “on call” at any particular time or location as a result of receiving this stipend. This provision shall expire upon the mutual agreement of the Labor Management Committee (LMC).
Cell Phone Stipend. The City shall provide a $100 per quarter cell phone stipend for employees regularly using personal cell phones for City business purposes. All cell phone use must be in compliance with the City’s cell phone policy.
Cell Phone Stipend. Executive shall, at the Board’s election, be issued a cell phone paid for by the Company and/or receive a guaranteed payment equal to One Thousand Two Hundred Dollars ($1,200 USD) annually (the “Phone Stipend”), which will be payable in twelve (12) equal monthly installments in accordance with the Company’s regular payroll practices.

Effective upon the ratification of this MOU, at the option of the employee and with appointing authority approval, employees may opt to receive a monthly cell phone stipend of seventy dollars ($70.00) for use of a privately owned cell phone to conduct County business. The County will cease the use of and payment for pagers.
