CDL. The Transportation Dispatcher shall be required to have a current CDL. The District shall pay the licensing fees for the CDL.
CDL. All maintenance mechanics and vehicle drivers must obtain a CDL/Bus Driver endorsement unless medically impossible by January I, 2007. Exemptions may be made by the Director of Business Services.
CDL. Street Supervisors are required to maintain a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with Passenger Endorsement and no airbrake restriction. A newly hired Street Supervisor without a CDL license will be required to obtain their CDL within ninety days of hire.
CDL. CDL hereby represents and warrants to CancerVax that: (i) it has the full right and authority to enter into this Agreement and grant the rights and licenses granted herein; (ii) it has not previously granted and will not grant during the term of this Agreement any rights in the (a) CDL's Patent Rights in the Field that are inconsistent with the rights and licenses granted to CancerVax herein or (b) Cell Lines; and (iii) to its knowledge, there are no undisclosed claims of any third parties pending against it that would call into question his right to grant to CancerVax the rights and licenses contemplated hereunder; and (iv) CDL owns CDL's Patent Rights.
CDL. The Employer agrees to pay for the renewal of commercial driver’s licenses during the term of this Agreement provided that possession of the CDL is a job requirement of the employee’s position.
CDL. Employees are required to possess a Commercial Drivers License. The City shall reimburse the employee for renewal costs associated with its issuance and application fee. The City will not be responsible for any costs beyond the issuance and application fee.
CDL. A. The District will reimburse anyone required to have a C.D.L. the difference in cost between a regular driver’s license and the cost of a C.D.L. once in a four year period. Drivers should submit all receipts to the Director of Administrative Services to receive reimbursement.
CDL. The Board shall pay any amount over the cost of a regular driver’s license for the school bus commercial driver’s license as required by the Commercial Motor Vehicle Safety Act.
