The Fund agrees to pay to PFPC the amounts so billed by Federal Funds Wire within thirty (30) business days after the Fund's receipt of the invoice. In addition, with respect to all fees, PFPC may charge a service fee equal to the lesser of (i) one and one half percent (1-1/2%) per month or (ii) the highest rate legally permitted on any past due invoiced amounts.

Credits must be earned subsequent to a degree and initial certification. All credits are to be counted in semester hours or equivalent. Credits earned to advance on the certified teachers’ salary schedule will follow the above stipulated initial placement guidelines. If the approval of any credit is in question, the teacher should seek approval by the Professional Advancement Committee prior to course registration. Documentation of additional professional growth and approval of the Professional Advancement Committee shall be submitted to the District Human Resources Department for cohort advancement on the career ladder.
