Cause; Voluntary Termination. If the Executive’s employment is terminated by the Company for Cause or the Executive voluntarily terminates his employment during the Employment Period, the Company shall pay the Executive (i) the Annual Base Salary through the Date of Termination (ii) the Annual Bonus for any calendar year ended prior to the Date of Termination, and (iii) any other vested benefits to which the Executive is entitled, in each case to the extent not yet paid, including, but not limited to accrued but unpaid vacation pay and the Company shall have no further obligations to the Executive under this Agreement.
