  • Cause for Discipline An employee may be disciplined, suspended or discharged, but only for just cause by the Employer.

  • Standard of Service The Service Provider shall perform the Services in a competent and professional manner according to standards agreed upon by the Service Provider and the Company. The Service Provider agrees that it will exercise due diligence to abide by and comply with all laws, statutes, rules, regulations, and orders of any governmental authority in the performance of its Services under this Agreement.   • Reasonable Suspicion Testing The Employer may, but does not have a legal duty to, request or require an employee to undergo drug and alcohol testing if the Employer or any supervisor of the employee has a reasonable suspicion (a belief based on specific facts and rational inferences drawn from those facts) related to the performance of the job that the employee:

  • PROCEDURE FOR TESTING A. Notification Form - Before requesting an employee to undergo drug or alcohol testing, the Employer shall provide the individual with a form on which to (1) acknowledge that the individual has seen a copy of the Employer's Drug and Alcohol Testing LOA, and (2) indicate consent to undergo the drug and alcohol testing.

  • Disciplinary Notice Each employee shall receive a copy of any formal disciplinary notice that is to be placed in his/her personnel file. With the consent of the employee concerned, notification shall be given to the Local Union that a disciplinary notice is being served on the employee.
