Caucuses. Upon the request of either party, the negotiations meeting shall be recessed for up to thirty (30) minutes to permit the requesting party to caucus in private.

Caucuses. Either group shall have the right to recess for independent caucus at any time. Each caucus shall be limited to one (1) hour unless otherwise mutually agreed.

District Joint Committees shall submit all committee recommendations in writing to the Superintendent for final approval, with copies to the CTA President.
