Common use of Caucus Clause in Contracts

Caucus. Caucus may be called by either party without consent of the other. However, the caucusing party shall make every effort to avoid delaying the negotiations. Caucuses should not exceed twenty (20) minutes. If more time is needed, the caucusing team will inform the other team.
