Catering Services.  Servicing: o opportunity to select any of the options of provided catering (breakfast, half board, full board); o buffet breakfast (7.00-10.00);
Catering Services. The preparation and sale of all food and beverages, including Alcoholic Beverages, at the Facilities, including banquet services and hors d’oeuvres and all food and beverages (including Alcoholic Beverages) served at events where the obligation to make payment for the entire function rests with one individual, company, or entity. Catering Services shall not include outside catering as described in Section 2.2.35(a).
Catering Services. Catering: The catering of the event at "Venue" is entrusted to a limited number of caterers, it returns to the Second party to choose a caterer that will ensure the catering of "The Event" and this, from a restrictive list of caterers recommended by the First party (refer to appendix # 1). No caterer outside this list will be admitted to the Venue. The cost of catering, agreed between the Second Party and the caterer must be fully paid to the latter.

Catering Services. A minimum of $3,000.00 in food and beverage must be spent at your function (the “Guaranteed Amount”). This Guaranteed Amount does not include meeting/banquet room rental, service charges, labor charges, taxes, parking or any other miscellaneous charges incurred. Licensee is required to pay BoCo Enterprises any amounts exceeding the Guaranteed Amount. All food and beverage consumed within the facility must be purchased from the Licensor. A final count will be given to the Licensor by the Licensee 5 working days prior to the scheduled date of the event. Once the final guarantee is received, the count cannot be decreased. This final count plus 3% determines the amount of food and beverage prepared for the Licensee. The Licensee will be billed based on the final guarantee or the actual number of meals served, whichever is greater. The Licensor will make every effort to accommodate increases in your count after the final guarantee has been given, however, any increase exceeding 10% of the final guarantee will be subject to a 10% surcharge. If the count increases within the final guarantee time line, the 3% overage will no longer apply. Licensor reserves the right to increase menu prices up to 3 months prior to the event date. The percentage of increase will be based on the Consumer Price Index published by the US Government determined by noting the change in the Index from the execution date of the License Agreement and 3 months prior to the event date. The potential change in menu pricing will not affect the minimum food and beverage guarantee noted in the License Agreement. All food and beverage, meeting room audio visual and other related services are subject to a service charge (currently 20%) and state tax (currently 6%) in effect on the dates of the event. Catering Services. The restaurant proprietor specified by Technopolis has an exclusive right to provide catering services in the property unless no special arrangements have been agreed with the Subscriber. Additional catering services may be subscribed through the service portal latest 24 hours before the event. After that additional catering services should be subscribed by telephone. Special arrangements Special arrangements such as furniture arrangements, permits, program, music band, decoration or exceptional technical equipment are subject to separate agreements, and the the Contractual Client/Subscriber shall be responsible for costs arising out such arrangements.

Catering Services. 3.1 The catering services of the Event is entrusted to a limited number of caterers defined in a restrictive list of appointed exclusive caterers defined in Annex A enclosed herewith. Hence, the Second party shall choose a caterer that will ensure the catering services for the Event, from the restrictive list of caterers recommended by the First Party. It being understood that no caterer outside this list will be admitted to cater any event at the Venue.

Outside catering services may only be utilized with UNIVERSITY permission. A copy of the food vendor’s current food operator’s license, most recent Health Department inspection and proof of insurance coverage (with the minimums described below) must be submitted to the Research Operations Manager for the Xxxxxxxxx Arboretum at xxxxxx.xxxxxxxxxxx@xxxxxxx.xxx at least fourteen (14) days in advance of the scheduled event. Food vendor, at a minimum, shall maintain: (i) commercial general liability insurance with a minimum limit of liability of not less than $1,000,000 per occurrence and $1,000,000 in the aggregate; (ii) workers’ compensation insurance as required by law; and
Catering Services. If the Vendor is providing any catering services at the Event, the Fairgrounds shall provide the Vendor with use of the Fairground’s kitchen, refrigerator, freezer, convection ovens, microwave, garbage disposal, and delivery area.
