Categories of Membership. Family Memberships will be offered for Social, Tennis (includes Social benefits and privileges) and Golf (includes Social and Tennis benefits and privileges). These Family Memberships include all residents of the member's home. REQUIREMENT & OPTIONS Requirement: Ownership of residential property in the Shadow Valley Master Planned Community (SVMPC) requires the purchase and maintenance of a Social Membership. Options: Tennis and Golf Memberships are optional.
Categories of Membership. Article 4. There shall be three categories of membership: Members, Associate Members, and Honorary Members. All Members and Associate Members are individuals or organisations legally established according to the laws of their country. Members: all Coordinators and Schedules Facilitators within the EEA (European Economic Area) or otherwise legally bound by the Regulation either as individuals or as representatives of their organisations, are eligible to be Member of the Association either as an individual or as an organisation. The Members must be legally appointed as coordinators or schedules facilitators according to the laws and customs of their countries of origin. Associate Members: membership may be offered to other airport coordinators or schedules facilitators representing (an) airport(s) or a country but not fulfilling the conditions set out in this Agreement, provided that such coordinators or schedules facilitators will accept the Statutes of this Association and its internal rules. Associated Members will have no right to participate in any votes taken by the Association.

Each Member shall be declared by the Council, with the consent of the Member concerned, to be a Producing or a Consuming Member, as soon as possible after receipt by the Council of notice from the depositary that such Member has deposited its instrument of ratification, acceptance, approval or accession under article 52 or article 54, or has given notification under article 53 that it will apply this Agreement provisionally.

All members must be at least 18 years of age to use our facilities. NHS/Sodexo Membership We value local businesses and all the hard work their employees put in. That’s why we offer a discounted membership rate. Alumni Membership As Alumni, we offer discounted memberships. ALL MEMBERSHIPS • The facilities that you are permitted to use at YSJActive and the times that you are permitted to use these facilities will not vary depending upon the category of membership that you hold. Details of all membership categories and pricing options are available from reception. • All members must be aged 18 years old or over. • All membership types must be applied for by fully completing the appropriate membership application. • Membership at YSJActive only includes the use of the Fitness suite. Participation in exercise classes and facility hire are not included and are subject to further costs. MEMBERSHIP PAYMENTS • YSJActive membership fees can be paid on an annual or termly basis. Annual memberships will commence on the day of joining and run for one calendar year. Termly memberships will commence on the day of joining and run until the end of the current term. YSJActive reserves the right to introduce, from time to time, promotional offers that may provide different time and membership periods. • Promotional Memberships will automatically cease at the end of the promotional period. MEMBERSHIP CARDS • A photograph will be required for all members as part of the joining process, which will normally be taken at the reception desk upon joining or first visit. The Board of Directors is delegated the power and authority to determine the different categories and classes of membership as well as their corresponding minimum requirements. Full membership Use of the gym whenever we are open (see opening hours), Charges There are certain facilities and services that can be purchased in addition to your membership benefits. These are specifically, but not exclusively personal training services, diet analysis, sports injury advice and therapy, guest fees. A list of current charges for these can be obtained from reception. We can change these charges at any time. We can refuse to accept any payment that you try to make by cheque. If paying by monthly standing order or direct debit and your bank fails to make your payment this will incur an administration charge. Membership cards We will give you a membership card, which you must use each time you enter the club. You cannot lend your membership card to another person. If another person uses your card we may end your membership. If we were to end your membership we will not refund your subscriptions paid and any remainder owed will become payable at that point. If you lose your membership card you must inform us straight away. We may charge a reasonable fee to replace it. Your membership is personal to you. You cannot transfer it to another person without our written permission.
