Categorical Funding. If the School’s students or programs meet the eligibility criteria in law, the School shall be entitled to its proportionate share of the categorical program funds included in the total funds available in the FEFP by the Legislature, including transportation, the research-based reading allocation, less the administrative fee permitted under Section 1002.33(20)(a), Florida Statutes. The School shall provide the Sponsor with documentation that categorical funds received by the School were expended for purposes for which the categoricals were established by the Florida Legislature. The School shall reimburse the Sponsor for any impermissible expenditure, as established by State criteria, within thirty (30) days of notice of such expenditures.
