When vacancies arise in any base, the next crew member on the Base Transfer List will be allocated that slot. Any outstanding vacancies will then be filled by external recruitment. Conditions • A Flight Attendant who is permanently transferred shall be given at least four weeks notice prior to the transfer unless otherwise mutually agreed. • All relocation expenses are the responsibility of the Flight Attendant • Request transfers shall be awarded in the order that applications are received. Where two or more applications are lodged on the same date, the position on the Base Transfer list will be determined by date of joining. • New cabin crew under initial training are not eligible to apply for a base transfer unless otherwise agreed. An application may be lodged on the successful completion of the probationary period • Only permanent employees of Sunstate Airlines (QLD) may apply for a base transfer. Fixed term or casual cabin crew are not eligible to apply. • Part time employees must return to full time status in order to take up a base transfer unless a part time transfer is available. • Dependent upon base requirements at the time of transfers becoming available, cabin crew check and trainers may be offered a return to the position of Flight Attendant for the purposes of the transfer Procedure • Application to be placed on the Base Transfer List is to be made on the Base Transfer Application form available from. The form must be signed by both the Flight Attendant and the relevant manager. The form will then be submitted to the Company. • Applications are entered in order of the date received. If more than one application is received on the same day then date of joining (seniority) will determine the order of receipt. • An updated base transfer list is distributed to all bases by the Company at regular intervals. • A Flight Attendant may withdraw themselves from the base transfer list at any time by competing a Base Transfer Application Withdrawal form. Related to Casual Rates of Pay

  • Rates of Pay Employees will be paid in accordance with the rates of pay negotiated by the parties of this agreement. The applicable rates of pay are recorded as Appendix A (Wage Grid) of this agreement.

  • Premium Rates of Pay (A) Overtime Overtime at the rate of one and one-half (1.5) times the appropriate stat holiday rate shall be paid to an employee for all hours of overtime worked on the paid holiday. (Reference Article 27.05 – Overtime Pay Calculation.)

  • RATES OF PAYMENT B3.1 Current Contract Rates. Included Timber that is removed by Purchaser and presented for Scaling in the product form stated in A2 shall be paid for at Current Contract Rates determined under this Section. “Current Contract Rates” shall be (a) Flat Rates and (b) Tentative Rates adjusted by the escalation procedures in B3.2. Flat Rates and Tentative Rates shall be those listed in A4, unless superseded by rates redetermined under B3.3 or established for Contract Term Extension. In the event Termination Date is adjusted under B8.21 or B8.212, Current Contract Rates shall be contin- ued in the same manner as immediately prior to the ad- justment period. Notwithstanding B8.23, Current Contract Rates for timber cut and removed from Sale Area that remains un- scaled after Termination Date, as adjusted or extended, shall be Current Contract Rates in effect on Termination Date. “Current Contract Value” is the sum of the products of Current Contract Rates and estimated remaining un- scaled volumes by species of Included Timber meeting Utilization Standards.

  • CLASSIFICATIONS AND RATES OF PAY 4.1 The classifications of employees covered under this Agreement and the corresponding rates of pay are set forth within Appendix "A" which is attached hereto and made a part of this Agreement.
