Casual Rate. 6.1 The casual rate is payable to Teachers who are authorised to use their private motor vehicle to travel on official business intermittently as opposed to regular use (as provided by clause 5 of this Schedule) for which the official business rate is paid, except where:
Casual Rate. (a) A Casual School Services Officer’s normal hourly rate of pay is calculated by taking the rate of pay of the appropriate classification level (Category A), dividing by 38 and adding a loading of 33.3% to the nearest 10 cents.

Casual Rate. A Casual Teacher will be paid for every hour worked. The hourly rate of $49.26, the daily rate of $230.00 and the half day rate of $115.00 includes a loading in lieu of leave entitlements and is indexed annually. The daily rate applies where less than six hours per week has been worked.
