Casual Loading. A casual Employee shall be paid the hourly Base Wage Rate prescribed for that classification under Schedule A – Wages Table of this Agreement (without annualised leave loading) with the addition of casual loading in lieu of annual leave, sick leave, family leave and payment for public holidays.
