Casual Employee Rate. The employee’s hourly rate of pay will be the same as the part time hourly rate for their classification. In addition the employee will be paid a casual loading of 23 per cent. The employee shall be paid on a weekly basis.

Casual Employee Casual employee means a part-time employee who is not normally scheduled to work but who may be called in to work to provide coverage as required.
