Common use of Casual Conversion Clause in Contracts

Casual Conversion. (i) A casual employee, other than an irregular casual employee, who has been engaged regularly and received consistent engagement under this Agreement for a period of twelve (12) months, will have the right to elect to have their contract of employment converted to full-time or part-time employment, that is most aligned to the pattern of their engagements over the preceding twelve (12) months.
