Cash Retainer. The cash retainer is waived.
Cash Retainer. The Company will pay a monthly cash retainer of $8,333 to the Consultant payable on the 1st day of each month for the entire term of this Agreement.
Cash Retainer. The Company will pay according to Schedule A the amount of 290,000 EUR in total. The first installment of 130,000 EUR is due on the date hereof. The second and third installment of each 80,000 EUR are payable on the 30th day of April and May 2006.
Cash Retainer. In exchange for your performance of services during the Term, the Company shall pay you a total of $650,000 over the two (2)-year period following the Effective Time, payable no less frequently than quarterly. For the avoidance of doubt, (i) such amount is inclusive of any director or other fees you otherwise are entitled to receive for serving on the Board, and (ii) such amount shall remain payable on the same schedule as in effect upon the date that the Term terminates whether or not you continue to serve as Non-Executive Chairman over the entire two (2)-year period. To the extent that the Term runs beyond the two (2)-year period following the Effective Date, you will be entitled to the customary annual fees for your service as both a member of the Board and the Non-Executive Chairman, in an amount deemed appropriate by the Board, for the remainder of the Term.
Cash Retainer. The Township will pay to the Consultant a sum total of $$22,000.00, to be paid in eleven (11) equal installments of $2,000.00. The Township will pay the Consultant the first installment of the cash retainer fee shall issue monthly invoices to the Township within 3010 days of the executionclose of this Agreementeach calendar month. The Township will pay to the Consultant the second installment of the cash retainer fee within thirty (30) days of the execution of this Agreementshall remit payment in accordance with the terms of the invoice, or within 30 days of receipt of the invoice from the Consultant.
Cash Retainer. The Company shall pay to the Consultant a non-refundable cash fee of ten-thousand dollars ($10,000) per month. The first payment is due immediately upon execution of the Agreement and every thirty (30) days thereafter while the Agreement is in force.
Cash Retainer a) Each director shall be entitled to a Cash Retainer equal to $90,000.

Cash Retainer. Commencing March 1, 2003, Company shall pay to Consultant 6 monthly installments of $20,000.00 per month. The subsequent 5 payments shall be made on the first of each month thereafter.
Cash Retainer. As partial consideration for the Services to be provided by the Consultant to the Company hereunder during the term of this Agreement, the Company shall pay to the Consultant on the Effective Date, a non-refundable retainer fee of $25,000 (the "Retainer Fee"). The Consultant shall be entitled to retain the Retainer Fee irrespective of whether the Company has required the Consultant to perform sufficient Services during the term of this Agreement to account for the retainer. The Consultant shall invoice and account to the Company on a monthly basis for the Services provided by Mark Shefts at an hourly rate of $175 per hour. If the services of oxxxx xxxxxxentatives of the Consultant are required by the Company, then those representatives will be invoiced and accounted to the Company on a monthly basis at $100 per hour. The $25,000 Retainer Fee will be applied toward monthly invoices until the $25,000 amount is fully used or the earlier termination or expiration of this Agreement. Any monies owed to the Consultant which exceed the amount of the Retainer Fee shall be paid promptly after the receipt of the Consultant's invoice. The parties may mutually agree on a flat fee on major projects to be worked on by the Consultant.
