Common use of Cash Awards Clause in Contracts

Cash Awards. An Award made to a Participant and denominated in cash, with the eventual payment subject to future service and/or such other restrictions and conditions as may be established by the Committee, and as set forth in the Award Agreement. Each Award under the Plan shall be evidenced by an Award Agreement. Delivery of an Award Agreement to each Participant shall constitute an agreement between the Company and the Participant as to the terms and conditions of the Award.

Cash Awards. An A Cash Award made (“Cash Award”) is an award not otherwise described in the Plan that is denominated in, or payable to a an eligible Participant and denominated in solely in, cash, as deemed by the Committee to be consistent with the eventual payment purposes of the Plan. Cash Awards shall be subject to future service and/or such other the terms, conditions, restrictions and conditions as may be established limitations determined by the Committee, in its sole discretion, from time to time. Awards granted pursuant to this Section 11 may be granted with value and as set forth in payment contingent upon the Award Agreementachievement of Performance Factors. Each Award under the Plan All Cash Awards shall be evidenced by made pursuant to an Award Agreement. Delivery of an Award Agreement to each Participant shall constitute an agreement between the Company and the Participant as to the terms and conditions of the Award.
