Common use of Cash and Cash Equivalents Clause in Contracts

Cash and Cash Equivalents. All cash and cash equivalents held by Seller and relating to converter and other subscriber deposits (but only to the extent the refund obligations for the same are assumed by Buyer), all subscriber prepayments, advertising prepayments and other prepaid revenues, including but not limited to those Cash Equivalents described in Schedule 1.2, but not including cash on hand, all accounts receivable existing as of Closing with respect to the CATV Systems, accounts or investments of any kind that are not otherwise Cash Equivalents;
