Case Load. Attorney(s) may handle up to a maximum of 242 cases per year (i.e., a maximum of 100 felonies, 125 misdemeanors, 12 juvenile cases, and 5 appeals). If the total volume of cases requires that Attorney(s) be appointed to handle more than 485 cases a year, Attorney(s) will be compensated for work on such extra cases at the rate of one and one-half times the normal rate for indigent defense cases in each respective county, or the reasonable fee that the presiding judge finds by order to be appropriate. In these cases, the Attorney(s) must present a form listing the time spent on each case, together with the activities for which the time was incurred, to the presiding judge for approval.
Case Load. A committee shall be formed to examine the case loads of the members of this bargaining unit. The committee shall be chaired by the SPED Director or his designee. The committee’s membership shall be comprised of four (4) members to be appointed by the Union and four (4) members appointed by the Administration. The findings of the committee shall be reported to the parties no later than May 1, 2016.

The meeting will be held within the first three weeks of the start of a new semester, or quarter if course is for only a quarter, at which time the affected teacher will be provided one of the following options: Caseload for grades K-5, the following shall apply: For teachers with 1 to 4 students over the agreed upon caseload maximum the teacher shall choose an hour of aide time per student/per day or $100 per student over the agreed upon caseload per semester. For teachers with 5 to 9 students over the agreed upon caseload maximum the teacher shall receive a $100 stipend per student/per semester and an hour of aide time per student/per day. If a teacher has 10 or more students over the maximum caseload, the District will take immediate action to bring the caseload to below 9 students over the maximum caseload per semester. Caseload for K-5 Specialist, the following shall apply: For teachers where caseload exceeds the grade level maximum, an aide will be offered for the affected class period. For teachers who have classrooms with a complete classroom and a split classroom, an aide will be provided to assist the teacher. In addition, $25 per student over the appropriate grade level maximum per semester will be paid. Caseload for grades 6-12, the following shall apply: For teachers with 1 to 4 students over the agreed upon caseload maximum a $25 stipend per additional student stipend per semester. For teachers with 5 to 9 students over the agreed upon caseload maximum a $50 stipend per additional student stipend and one day of prep per semester. Case Load. A nurse shall be assigned an appropriate caseload that ensures the highest quality patient care and the highest standards of professional nursing care and practice. The Employer shall consider the following factors in assigning caseloads: the medical needs, acuity, mobility, and language of the patient; equipment needs; standards of care; qualification and experience of staff; nature and length of services required; and any other factor relevant to the delivery of daily patient care. The decision to make an assignment based on these and/or other factors shall rest exclusively with the Employer.
Case Load. Attorney may be appointed a maximum of 425 cases per contract year (not defendants). If the total volume of cases the Attorney is appointed to resolve reaches 425 cases a year, the attorney is responsible for notifying the court so appointments will no longer be made to that attorney. For the remainder of the contract period appointments will be distributed to other contract attorneys until their appointments reach the maximum. If all contract attorneys reach the maximum caseload, at the discretion of the BOJ, additional cases may be assigned by the court.
Case Load. Contractor will support no less than sixteen (16) Blueprint practices; the specific number of practices will be determined by the needs of the practices and discussion between State and Contractor. Contractor shall be responsible for supporting at least one (1) HSA Community Collaborative. Contractor’s QI facilitators shall provide short term support to practices or Community Entities in other HSAs when extra staff support is needed, such as facilitation of a community-wide learning collaborative or when coverage is needed due to a staffing shortage, such as vacancies of QI facilitator staff or during scheduled time off for other QI facilitators.

Case Load. 27 A. On the twentieth (20th) day of instruction, guidance coordinator case loads will be adjusted to ensure that case 1 loads will not exceed an average of 380 students each. If guidance coordinator case loads exceed the 380 2 students after the twentieth (20th) day of instruction, the site principal and the Guidance Coordinators may 3 agree to allow existing Guidance Coordinators to assume the additional students into their case load in 4 exchange for extra compensation. Extra compensation will be calculated using the following formulae:
Case Load. The active caseload of each of the Bio-monitoring Nurse Care Manager should not exceed 100 active patients. The caseload is monitored by the Life Care Manager and the Area Home Care Director to ensure manageability. Regular contact with the patient/caregiver is essential to providing Bio-monitoring Nurse Care Management. Active cases require a minimum of one personal contact (telephone call or home visit) with the patient per month. Total caseload numbers are reflective of active cases only.
