Carrier. The coverage and provider shall be determined annually by mutual agreement between the Board and a committee from the Association. If mutual agreement cannot be reached by the renewal date, the current coverage will be left in effect. The Board shall determine the provider. The provider will be Southern Illinois Health and Wellness Insurance Trust for the duration of the agreement, unless the Trust dissolves during the terms of the agreement.
