Carrier Reserved CSCs. In addition to the Grandfathered CSCs as set forth in Section 6.3.2 above, Carriers may request, after the Commencement of Service Date, CSCs that are otherwise available, to be removed from the general pool of registration. Carriers may return Carrier Reserved CSCs to the available pool of CSCs at any time. Carriers may use Carrier Reserved CSCs within the pool of CSCs utilized through the CTIA for any purpose.

  • Assets Reserved and Pending Claims (a) If, upon the occurrence of a Dissolution Event, there are any assets that, in the judgment of the Liquidating Trustee, cannot be sold or distributed in kind without sacrificing a significant portion of the value thereof or where such sale or distribution is otherwise impractical at the time of the Dissolution Event, such assets may be retained by the Company if the Liquidating Trustee determines that the retention of such assets is in the best interests of the Members. Upon the sale of such assets or a determination by the Liquidating Trustee that circumstances no longer require their retention, such assets (at their Fair Value) or the proceeds of their sale shall be taken into account in computing Capital Account on winding up and amounts distributable pursuant to Section 6.2(b), and distributed in accordance with such value.

  • Rights Reserved If one party fails to exercise part or all of its rights under this contract, or fails to require the other party to perform or assume part or all of its obligations and liabilities, it shall not constitute a waiver of such rights or an exemption from such obligations and liabilities. Any tolerance, extension or delay offered from one party to the other in exercising its rights under this contract shall not affect any rights the first party owns under this contract, laws and regulations, nor shall it be deemed as a waiver of such rights.

  • Stock Reserve The Company shall at all times during the term of this Option Agreement reserve and keep available such number of shares of Stock as will be sufficient to satisfy the requirements of this Option Agreement.

Each of the actions set forth in clauses (A) through (K) of the preceding sentence is referred to herein as a “Reserved Matter.”
