Carried by Landlord. Landlord shall also maintain liability insurance described in Paragraph 8.2(a) above, in addition to and not in lieu of, the insurance required to be maintained by Tenant. Tenant shall not be named as an additional insured therein.
Carried by Landlord. In the event Landlord is the Insuring Party Landlord shall also maintain liability insurance as described in (P) 16.b.1), in addition to, and not in lieu of the insurance required to be maintained by Tenant. In the event Tenant is the Insuring Party, Landlord shall in addition carry Landlord's Risk Coverage and insure the Premises on Landlord's umbrella policy and Tenant shall reimburse Landlord the cost thereof. Tenant shall not be named as an additional insured therein under any insurance obtained by Landlord in accordance with this (P) 16.b.2).
Carried by Landlord. Landlord shall also maintain liability insurance described in Paragraph 8.2(a) above, in addition to and not in lieu of, the insurance required to be maintained by Tenant except coverage for pollution liability, premises pollution, on site and off site, including release of any pollutants, toxins, or contaminants, whether such release is sudden or prolonged or willful or accidental, shall only be carried solely by Tenant. Tenant shall not be named as an additional insured therein.
Carried by Landlord. In the event Landlord is the Insuring Party, Landlord shall also maintain liability insurance as described in ¶16.2.1), in addition to, and not in lieu of the insurance required to be maintained by Tenant. Tenant shall be named as an additional insured therein under any insurance obtained by Landlord in accordance with this ¶16.2.2).
Carried by Landlord. Subject to reimbursement of premiums as described in Section 9.1, Landlord shall also maintain liability insurance described in Section 9.2(a) above in such amounts, from such companies and on such terms and conditions as Landlord deems appropriate from time to time, in addition to and not in lieu of, the insurance required to be maintained by Tenant. Tenant shall not be named as an additional insured therein.
Carried by Landlord. Landlord shall obtain and keep in force during the term of this Lease a policy of Combined Single Limit Bodily Injury and Broad Form Property Damage Insurance, plus coverage against such other risks Landlord deems advisable from time to time, insuring Landlord, but not Tenant, against liability arising out of the ownership, use, occupancy or maintenance of the Leased Premises in an amount not less than One Million and No/100 Dollars ($1,000,000.00) per occurrence and Two Million and No/100 Dollars ($2,000,000.00) in the aggregate naming Tenant as an additional insured.
Carried by Landlord. At Landlord's own expense, Landlord may also maintain liability insurance similar to that described in the preceding Section , in addition to and not in lieu of, the insurance required to be maintained by Tenant. Tenant shall not be named as an additional insured therein.
Carried by Landlord. Landlord shall also maintain liability insurance, in addition to and not in lieu of, the insurance required to be maintained by Tenant. Tenant shall not be named as an additional insured therein. Any insurance carried by Landlord may be provided by means of a "blanket" insurance or "umbrella" policy.
Carried by Landlord. In the event Tenant fails to secure such Liability Insurance, or fails to provide Landlord with satisfactory written evidence that such insurance is in force, Landlord shall become the insuring party and shall also maintain liability insurance, described in Section 2.(A) preceding, in addition to, and not in lieu of, the insurance required to be maintained by Tenant. Tenant shall not be named as an additional named insured therein.
Carried by Landlord. LANDLORD shall have the right to maintain liability insurance as described in Paragraph 8.2(a), in addition to, and not in lieu of, the insurance required to be maintained by TENANT. TENANT shall not be named as an additional insured therein.
