Career Counseling. The Company will provide career counseling and out placement services on an individual basis to the Executive as the Company deems appropriate and for a reasonable period following the Executive's termination of employment; provided, however, that the Company's obligation to provide such services shall terminate at such time, if any, as the cost of such services exceeds $5,000.
Career Counseling. Through the Xxxxxx Valley College Counseling Program and the Career/Transfer Center, career counseling will be provided without charge for employees to assist them in formulating career goals and training/education plans.
Career Counseling. Nordson will make available to Employee, at Nordson’s expense, outplacement counseling services. Employee may select the organization that will provide Employee with such services, provided that Nordson will not be required to pay more than $50,000 for any such services. To assure compliance with Section 409A of the Internal Revenue Code, the timing of the provision of any benefits under this Section6(c)(v) will be subject to Section B of Exhibit A to this Agreement if and to the extent any part of that section is applicable according to its terms.
Career Counseling. The Bank shall pay for the cost of professional career counseling assistance for the Officer in an amount not to exceed $25,000.00.
Career Counseling. The Director of Human Resources will, upon request, meet with an APT member to discuss current and/or future career possibilities, and the additional training required to prepare the APT member for professional advancement. The Director of Human Resources may refer the APT member to other sources for additional counseling.
Career Counseling. Section One. The employer shall be responsible for advising or counseling unit members at periodic intervals concerning organization goals and strategies, including staffing requirements, career advancement opportunities, and technological changes which impact on career advancement potential. As a minimum, such counseling shall be afforded in conjunction with preparation of annual service ratings.
Career Counseling. The University and HUCTW agree that staff members need support for career planning and career navigation, and that this support is best provided with a combination of workshops, on-line tools and individual career counseling opportunities. The University and HUCTW further commit that during the 2010 to 2012 Agreement, individual career counseling sessions will be available to HUCTW members. An interim joint working group will be formed specifically to evaluate career counseling opportunities currently available to staff throughout the Harvard workplace. The working group will identify and examine the effectiveness of workshops, on-line tools, and individual career counseling opportunities. The working group will also collect data on the utilization of career counseling services. In consultation with the Academy, the JGCC, and other relevant bodies, the working group will recommend measures to improve and/or build upon current programming. The working group will begin meeting no later than June 30, 2016 and will be composed of an equal number of Union and University representatives.
Career Counseling. The University provides professional advisors that help students with academic and career counseling. Advisors help students identify and understand career paths open to their general education and degree paths. Students are equipped with tools that help them manage their career development effectively. Students are given opportunities for individual career assistance and equipped with the necessary tools that help them discover and choose their career paths. Career development workshops are conducted regularly, covering essential job search skills, resume review and cover letters, interview skills, networking skills, business etiquette and dressing for success. Additionally, Xxxxxxxxx University offer courses such as PT203 Career Development, in which students learn the practical skills necessary to successfully apply for employment, and ENG105 Business English and BUS204 Business Communications, which help students understand the linguistic and cultural differences they might be faced with in searching for a career in the US. PLEASE NOTE THAT XXXXXXXXX UNIVERSITY DOES NOT GUARANTEE EMPLOYMENT OF ANY KIND TO ITS STUDENTS OR GRADUATES.
Career Counseling. The Company agrees to provide Employee with its career continuation counseling for a period of twelve (12) months, provided Employee commences said counseling no later than one month following the Effective Termination Date. The Company shall have no obligation to pay Employee an amount equal to the value or cost for any career continuation counseling service should Employee elect to terminate or abandon such service.
Career Counseling. CMI shall pay up to $12,500 to a third-party outplacement firm selected by Xx. Xxxxxx to provide career counseling assistance to Xx. Xxxxxx for a period of one year following the date of termination or until Xx. Xxxxxx obtains comparable employment, if earlier.
