Care of grounds. 1. Seed new lawns. Small areas around building will be seeded by the head custodian.
Care of grounds. Keeping up the appearance of the development is a job that you and the HACC share. You are responsible for the care of all grounds and walks around your unit. Maintenance is responsible for the care of all grounds and walks used by the community as a whole. The sidewalks, entrances, porches, floors, front yards and back yards shall be kept free from rubbish. Keeping your yard clear of papers and litter is a year round job. We think you’ll find it a good practice to go over your lawn once a day and pick up trash in your yard. Shopping carts are not permitted on the HACC grounds and are considered stolen property. Bicycles, strollers, toys or other similar articles shall not be permitted to block sidewalks, entries, passages, and stairwells. The Tenant shall not keep any furniture (other than appropriate exterior porch furniture) trash containers or toys of any kind on porches, patios, yards, stairwells or common areas. All such articles are to be stored in the unit or exterior storage unit if one is supplied. If these items are found unattended, they will be impounded and a charge will be made for their return. All items unclaimed will be disposed of after ten (10) days. HACC reserves the right to restrict any items that are left outside on your porch, patio and/or yard. In the winter, it is the responsibility of residents of Xxxx Xxxxxxx Village, Fort Cumberland Homes & Banneker Gardens to see that the walk leading from your apartment to the common area is clear of snow and ice. In the grass growing months, it is the responsibility of residents of Xxxx Xxxxxxx Village and Fort Cumberland Homes to cut your grass at least once a week to prevent the scraggly appearance that looks as though no one cares. HACC established 6 inches as the maximum height of lawns. HACC will place a tag on the Tenant’s doorknob for any lawn found to exceed this standard, and the Tenant will be given two (2) days to mow and trim the lawn before being re-inspected. If the lawn has not been cut within the two (2) day period, weather permitting, the HACC Maintenance Department will mow and trim the lawn and charge the Tenant at the current rate that is applicable at that time. The tenant shall not permit anything to be thrown out of the window of the leased premises or apartment project, or down the courts or balconies and patios of the apartment project, or the dusting or shaking of mops, brooms, or other cleaning material out of either the windows or the doors of the leased premises...
Care of grounds notwithstanding clause 12.2, maintain any garden or lawn areas in a tidy and cared for condition.

  • Use of Affiliated Companies and Subcontractors In connection with the services to be provided by Manager under this Agreement, Manager may, to the extent it deems appropriate, and subject to compliance with the requirements of applicable laws and regulations, make use of (i) its affiliated companies and their directors, trustees, officers, and employees and (ii) subcontractors selected by Manager, provided that Manager shall supervise and remain fully responsible for the services of all such third parties in accordance with and to the extent provided by this Agreement. All costs and expenses associated with services provided by any such third parties shall be borne by Manager or such parties.

  • Third Party Service Providers Unless otherwise prohibited by Apple in the Documentation or this Agreement, You are permitted to employ or retain a third party (“Service Provider”) to assist You in using the Apple Software and Services provided pursuant to this Agreement, including, but not limited to, engaging any such Service Provider to maintain and administer Your Applications’ servers on Your behalf, provided that any such Service Provider’s use of the Apple Software and Services or any materials associated therewith is done solely on Your behalf and only in accordance with these terms.   • ESSENTIAL PERSONNEL For a period of one year commencing on the effective date of this Agreement, the Adviser and the Fund agree that the retention of (i) the chief executive officer, president, chief financial officer and secretary of the Adviser and (ii) each director, officer and employee of the Adviser or any of its Affiliates (as defined in the Investment Company Act of 1940, as amended (the "1940 Act")) who serves as an officer of the Fund (each person referred to in (i) or (ii) hereinafter being referred to as an "Essential Person"), in his or her current capacities, is in the best interest of the Fund and the Fund's shareholders. In connection with the Adviser's acceptance of employment hereunder, the Adviser hereby agrees and covenants for itself and on behalf of its Affiliates that neither the Adviser nor any of its Affiliates shall make any material or significant personnel changes or replace or seek to replace any Essential Person or cause to be replaced any Essential Person, in each case without first informing the Board of Trustees of the Fund in a timely manner. In Addition, neither the Adviser nor any Affiliate of the Adviser shall change or seek to change or cause to be changed, in any material respect, the duties and responsibilities of any Essential Person, in each case without first informing the Board of Trustees of the Fund in a timely manner.

  • Promotional Activities ‌ 19 At the request of North Sound BH-ASO, Provider shall display promotional materials in its 20 offices and facilities as practical, in accordance with applicable law and cooperate with and 21 participate in all reasonable marketing efforts. Provider shall not use any North Sound BH- 22 ASO name in any advertising or promotional materials without the prior written permission of 23 North Sound BH-ASO.
